We Will Plan, Design, Build and Install anything from a Home Studio right up to a fully functional Commercial Studio and also give you the infrastructure and support you need to make you project become a success

Scream Studios has over 17 years experience in the business, we have built from scratch over 50 of our own Rehearsal Studios, Various Recording Studios around the south east of England, 2 Live Venues all fully sound proofed and acoustically designed with full installation.

We have assisted and been consultants on many other projects, some as small as just a home studio set up right up to a fully functional commercial Rehearsal / Recording Studio. Each project that comes in to us is reviewed on its own merits, whether you have a shoe string budget our you have corporate investment our involvement will be as much or as little as you want or need it to be.

Our aim is to allow you to have expert advice and help at any point in your project whether it's help with raising finance, planning your project, Advertising, Planning, Construction or Installation.

It's essential that no matter how small or large your project is that you don't go into it without doing your homework & plan every aspect of the project or you could end up spending allot more than you originally thought or even be closed down.

Business plan - is the project financially viable

Finding a location - Probably the most important decision you'll have to make will be the Location

Legal i.e. Planning permission and so forth

Finance - Raising Capital

Construction - No matter how big or small your project is, it will involve some form of alterations

Sound Proofing & Acoustic Design - 2 very different things

Equipment - what do you really need as appose to what you want for your project and where will you get the best deal?

I.T Systems - what software will you use to take bookings and deal with all the other aspects of the business

Staff - with bigger projects you will have to think about staff and your business is only as good as the people working there. This is so so important
